The second session was held with Mr. Solet Mortazavi, the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare.

In the second meeting with the Minister of Labor, a strong directive was given to the Cooperative and Employment units for securing financial assistance in the form of loans. It was stated that necessary support should be provided to the public joint-stock cooperative, which is one of the cooperatives of interest to the Ministry of Labor. In this meeting, it was agreed that the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Dr. Maskini, and the Deputy Minister of Employment, Dr. Karimi Biranvand, would provide maximum cooperation in offering loans to the public joint-stock cooperative.
