The First Ordinary Annual General Meeting of the International Original Saffron Cooperative Company, Registration No. 604439, National ID 14011641284, will be held at 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 18, 2024 (1403/04/28) at the following address: Khorasan Razavi, Torbat Heydariyeh, Shahid Soleimani Boulevard, Shahid Soleimani 42, Arghavan Hall.
All members are invited to attend this meeting in person or by proxy to make decisions on the following topics.
It should also be noted that members wishing to grant representation must present themselves along with their representative at the cooperative branch by July 13, 2024 (1403/04/24) at the latest, to receive an entry slip to the meeting after verification of identity and proxy confirmation.
Applicants for the positions of board members must submit their documents to the General Cooperative Office no later than five days after the publication of this announcement.
