The first extraordinary annual general assembly of the Original Saffron of Ancient Land International Public Cooperative Company, registration number 604439, and national ID 14011641284, will be held at 9 AM on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the following address: Khorasan Razavi, Torbat Heydarieh, Sardar Soleimani Street, next to Arghavan Hall. All members are invited to attend in person or by proxy to make decisions on the following agenda items.
Additionally, members wishing to grant representation must be present with their representative at the public cooperative’s location or branch by no later than February 16, 2024, to receive a meeting entry form after verification of identity and approval of the proxy. Candidates for board positions must submit their documents to the public cooperative office no later than five days after the publication of this notice.
